Note: All documents are to be submitted together. Incomplete packets will be NOT be accepted. 

 

Second Year 1st Communion:  Items marked with an asterisk (*) are due at time of registration.

Parents:

This is an exciting time for your child preparing for the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Each Classroom will only have (15) children following all protocols for a safe environment.

Mondays: 5:00pm -6:30pm English Session

Wednesdays: 5:00pm - 6:30pm English Session

Jueves: 5:00pm-6:30pm Sesión en Español

4. Year 1 Tuition paid in full*
5. Year 2 Tuition $100.00*
6. Non-parishioners $100 tuitions plus $50 DDF.
7. Parent Formation Sessions and Holy Hour Card *
8. Textbooks
9. Calendar Year

Sponsor:( Sponsor cannot be a parent, must be over 16years old, must provide copy of the certificate of the Sacrament of Confirmation & if married must provide Roman Catholic Wedding Certificate)
